At Vision Built we value close working relationships to ensure optimal project outcomes. We establish meaningful working relationships by allocating appropriate time and resources to every client – from the initial enquiry stage, right through to completion and handover stages.
Vision Built are happy to complete a project suitability assessment, identify the most effective construction solution and assess the best commercial options for all genuine project enquiries. Following this initial period of exploration, project teams will be allocated and involved in the onward engagements with the client, and sub-contractors. Vision Built will enter into a design contract pre-construction which will allow the design team to develop the correct scope for the project pre-tender/ appointment. While the development of the design to maximise the benefits of light gauge steel is a priority, the incorporation of other structural elements can be accommodated.
Following contract agreement Vision Built will enter into the manufacturing design phase, which precedes the actual manufacture of all elements included in the agreed scope. Importantly, Vision Built offer a supply only, a supply and install service or a fully integrated delivery solution with their associated contractor.
The Vision Built service is operated in both the UK and Ireland with specialist teams of trained installation contractors, approved and accredited to the best health & safety standards for installation on all types of sites.
