This residential social housing project was completed in 2022, in partnership with John Sisk & Sons as main contractor. Vision Built designed, manufactured and installed the panelised light gauge steel structure, floor cassettes and timber roof trusses. In total, 67 houses were delivered over just 9 weeks on site. Speed and cost certainty were achieved through careful planning and the use of experienced installation crews. The houses were delivered to passive standards as per the client’s requirements.
