This Design and Build scheme was delivered in 2 phases with refurbishment first being carried out by the main contractor, followed by a part demolition to allow the development of the 6 storey new apartment build. Our panelised light gauge steel solution was utilised to deliver phase 2 of this project comprising of 23 ultra-modern apartments (retail shell space at ground level). The apartments were delivered with balconies, concrete flooring and floor to ceiling height windows.
